How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the GroupRat service — tracking goals, generating rat responses, and posting activity summaries to your group. We don't sell it, share it, or hand it to anyone.

Waitlist emails are used to notify you when GroupRat launches and to send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].

Bot & messaging data

These principles apply across all platforms — Discord, GroupMe, and SMS:

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you use the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] or by sending "delete my data" to the rat directly. We'll handle it promptly.

Third parties

We don't use ad networks, tracking pixels, or analytics that follow you around the internet.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. We won't do anything sneaky.

Nutritional estimates

Nutritional estimates from photos are approximate and for tracking purposes only. Not medical or dietary advice.
